160 g sugar
70 g seed oil
3 eggs
15 g baking
orange juice x mix
alchermes
Fry oil.
Mix all the ingredients. Form small balls and fry in oil. Drain and to absorb excess oil from the paper towel. Switch in granulated sugar and spray alchermes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
